Rest Home Care
At Marinoto Home & Hospital Care, our Rest Home care service provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals needing assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and mobility.
Our approach encourages independence and active engagement, with personalised care plans developed in collaboration with residents and their families.
Hospital Care
Our hospital level care offers comprehensive nursing and medical support for residents with complex or high-dependency needs.
This service is provided by skilled Registered Nurses on a 24/7 roster and Health Care Assistants, led by a Clinical Manager and supported by regular visits from a Nurse Practitioner to ensure continuous clinical oversight.
Palliative Care
We provide compassionate, end-of-life support that honours comfort, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
Our approach to this sensitive phase of life is one that embraces cultural sensitivity and spiritual care, ensuring that both residents and their whānau (family) receive peace of mind.
We actively encourage and embrace family involvement, recognising the vital role loved ones play in this important time. Our team is trained in advanced palliative care protocols, ensuring that physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are honoured and met with the utmost respect.
Short Term Respite Care
Our short-term stays are designed to support recovery after hospital discharge or provide relief for family carers when needed.
This service helps prevent caregiver burnout and fosters community resilience by allowing family members a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive quality care.
We also use respite care as an opportunity for wellness monitoring, detecting changes in health early and preventing hospital readmissions.

Our Meals on Wheels service delivers warm, affordable meals that are cooked fresh in our kitchen by our experienced cook Jared and his team, that is then delivered straight to your front door by our friendly NZ Red Cross Volunteers within residential Inglewood.
